As Chief Executive Officer of the CPHR Manitoba, Ron’s responsible for the achievement of CPHR Manitoba mission, strategic and operational plans and financial objectives to support their vision. Ron works closely with the Board of Directors, collaborating to identify, develop and implement all activities of the organization.
Prior to joining CPHR Manitoba, Ron held senior leadership roles within several not-for-profit organizations, collaborating with key stakeholders, board of directors, organizational staff, and members, resulting in key successes for both the organizations and the community.
